FAQ

We hope these FAQs help your planning process!

Please let us know if you need any additional information or have any questions.

  • What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony starts. The hotel is just behind the venue, so arriving should just include a quick walk over. If you plan on driving from another hotel or AirBnb, please allow yourself time to park.

  • What is the dress code?
We do ask that you plan to dress in Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Weather in Sedona during the summer afternoons does not get as hot as Texas, but may still be warm/hot before the evening drop in temperature.

  • What is the wedding day itinerary?
Please visit the home page for a break down of the wedding day itinerary. After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos but all other guests are invited to stay onsite and start celebrating.

  • What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP as soon as possible. We highly recommend booking your hotel room and flights as soon as possble too. Please visit the ‘Travel & Stay’ tab to book your room at the Sky Rock Hotel where we have a wedding block of rooms right next door to the venue.

  • Can I bring my kids?
As much as we’d love to have your little ones there, we are unfortunately unable to accomodate children at the ceremony and reception.

  • Am I allowed to take photos at the ceremony?
We know how exciting wedding days can be and the urge to document every moment can be pretty strong! However, we ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer to capture all the big moments. We do invite you to take as many photos as you’d like during the cocktail hour and reception.

  • How can we get from the airport to the hotel or venue?
We recommend renting a car for your stay. This will allow you to travel from the airport to Sedona in the easiest way possible. If you are looking for alternate options, please contact the hotel for shuttle information both to/from the airport as well as into town. There are also shuttle companies that can run you from the airports at both Phoenix, and Flagstaff, to Sedona. We have seen people take shuttles from a company called Groome at www.groometransportation.com but we’re sure there are others if you search online for this option.
